Our Wine Cellar essence it's the Port, without excluding the best Portuguese Table Wines which we also stock. In a closely atmosphere you find a careful selection of rare vintage Ports since 1912 until 1996, with some of the "The

Best Of" from Quinta do Noval Nacional, Taylor's, Fonseca, Graham's and Dow's.

If you are visiting Sintra come to our Shop and we welcome you with a free tasting of Port, if you prefer get a group of friends and sign up one of ours Port Training Sessions, during fifty enjoyable minutes you will taste three Vintage Ports and a LBV, writing tasting notes to relate at the end with the ones from professionals in the business, having at the same time some blue cheese and crackers to better appreciate the Port; and to finalise, because now you are an expert, you will be taking home to show to your friends a Port Traning Certificate plus a surprise gift bag.To complement our Wine Cellar we also have available
exclusive handicraft, decorative corks, for instance hand painted terracota coolers, jug and mugs set, celha ashtray, metal bottle baskets and Port tongs.

And because we can't forget that we are in Colares Wine Region, our

team create a five miniatures box with two bottles of Colares red wine, one harvest basket, one oak cask, and one Bilha (local kind of jug to carry water).

In our Wine Bar BAR DO BINHO you can make truth your wish of just having a glass of a great Port or trying it with a bowl of Portuguese olives, cheese covered with honey, chocolate and dry fruits or with Queijadas (Sintra's cheese cakes). Our Port Menus, where create to better taste a glass of Port a dry White or even a medium sweet Fine Reserve. Special feature to our speciality

"UVAS Á LA CRÈME" you will be dilated with our combination of black grapes stuffed with blue cheese. Vintage Ports are also available by the glass.
