Tasting Notes Deep walnut brown with a toffee and fudge nose, very mature and oxidized deliberately, of course. Sweet, almost sticky palate with a just balanced acidity. Very concentrated flavour though, and rather medicinal in texture and flavour. Great length and complexity. This is almost too concentrated. A good wine, if you like the style.
