Tasting Notes Clear, deep caramel colour. A very intense, spirity nose with hints of dried orange peel and burnt sugar. This is a very mature nose that has lost all its fruit but has become highly concentrated, reminiscent of the very best, eldest amontillado sherry. Extremely sweet palate. The sweetness really covers up much of the flavour.
